RENOVA, the path to the future

Together with the generation of energy and the technological modernization of the partners, RENOVA puts its efforts into obtaining new viable energy alternatives that can generate development and sustainability in all senses and work areas of our nation.

Worldwide, hydrogen is considered to be the fuel of the future and the ideal energy vector or manager for renewable energies, which can facilitate the implementation of a new energy supply model.

With our mind set on development, we intend to give a solution to the aforementioned lack of synchronization between the supply and demand of renewable energies, by obtaining hydrogen from water through electrolysis. With this element we would be able to store and transport energy, to be used later when necessary, with an efficiency of up to 70%, thus solving the problem of long-term energy storage.

In addition, by obtaining this element, the issue of fuel for automobiles can be solved, because its energy density is greater than that of conventional fossil fuels, and as a result water is obtained as the only product, giving a simple example, in internal combustion engines up to 35% efficiency is obtained while with the use of hydrogen-based fuel cells we reach up to 60%.

We lay the foundations for new technological advances

There are already several ambitious projects that consist in creating vehicles based on hydrogen fuel. These vehicles include electric cars, airplanes, drones, satellites, and even spacecraft.

The hydrogen obtained with renewable energy sources has different uses including in agriculture for the manufacture of fertilizers, in medicine for the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, in the management of electrical networks, among many others. RENOVA is studying and getting gradually prepared to lay the foundations for the use and production of this product in the future, through investment in hydrogen production plants using only clean energy. For this reason RENOVA is creating a source of income with unlimited perspectives and making our country participate in these technological advances.

In this way we can efficiently store the energy from wind and solar farms, at times when generation is greater than demand.

RENOVA promotes and stimulates the attraction of external talent and entrepreneurs, due to their capacity for innovation and the use they make of technology, above all, due to their rapid response to develop and bring products and services to the market in the shortest possible time.

The invitation is extended publicly in calls made on the company website and that covers all lines of business, from power generation to the creation of new value-added products and services, including technologies such as home automation, artificial intelligence and software development.

RENOVA, as a comprehensive social entity, creates and lays the foundations to chain joint national production work. To distribute and to sustain the largest number of possible businesses is another way to support and make the Cuban business sector viable.

Today’s world moves forward with unstoppable steps towards a future of technology and innovations where the environmental education would stop being an utopia to become the hope of a sustainable future. With this vision, RENOVA will promote national campaigns along with each city government about the importance of the use of renewable energy by holding conversations and meeting with public, private executives as well as qualified personnel from all sectors. This way we will be encouraging to use clean energy production in their own established institutions, and we will bring our experience to the present and coming generations.
There is actually a global intention to encourage to use alternative energies in private sectors,because of its importance for the well-being and sustainable development. In our company, we understand that resorting to international financing by means of the aforementioned social progress and environmental projects, international organizations, banks and other programs, service costs will be cheapened, and the reach of public work will be increased for the sake of national productive growth.
RENOVA’s productive process will contribute to the creation of quality jobs with payments according to results that stimulate job efficiency and the employees’ well-being. As part of bringing the services and knowledge of the use of technology in the community, RENOVA team is one of the first to have experience in a generation of clean energy by means of the installation and assembly of our products in central offices in the enterprise.
