A. To sell and supply equipment, parts and pieces related to the production, generation and assembly of photovoltaic and wind systems, solar panels (fixed or mobile ones), solar heaters, photovoltaic pumps, wind turbines, solar lighting, solar air conditioning systems, devices automatic on/off switches, parts and minor pieces for this equipment, as well as all kinds of supplies and raw materials related to the design, development and start-up of renewable energy systems.
B.To facilitate the acquisition of computer equipment, all its pieces, parts, peripheral aggregates, internal and external components, doing wholesale purchases for subsequent assembly, or the direct purchase of assembled units.
C. To sell, install and/or assemble light bulbs, lamps, illuminations and other devices that use LED technology.
D. To guarantee the design and construction of roofs, linings, coatings and any type of sustainable ecological building for multiple uses efficiently as well as electricity energy savers to allow generation through solar devices, pavements and surfaces designed to produce solar energy.
E. To provide the administration with the communication equipment required, remote control and data exchange through Wi-Fi and Ethernet network technology; including, but not limited to, routers, Wi-Fi access points, switches, Wi-Fi antennas, as well as to develop software for the control and monitoring of renewable energy generation systems.
F. To sell load support elements, batteries and other devices, for the verification and storage of lithium ion, lead-acid, gel, alkaline energy, and charging equipment.
G. To sell and assemble security systems, receivers, recorders, storage disks, cameras, surveillance and control systems, as well as all their parts and pieces.
H. To provide supplies related to the assembly of renewable energy systems, hardware in general, including, but not limited to, cables of different types and sizes, connectors, outlets, transmitters, electrical protectors, switches, grounding, diodes , plugs, light/heat sensors, wiring pipes, plastic boxes for the conservation and protection of equipment, etc.
I.To design for home automation and industrial automation systems, and supply all kinds of sensors related to solar radiation control, electrical management, lighting control, multimedia management, macros and security, among others for marketing, assembling and commissioning.
J. To hire, use or lease aerial and ground equipment, operated by remote control, for the study, installation and inspection, recovery or analysis of large areas used in the company’s operations, land, sites inaccessible to man, wind study , prevention of incidents related to the sector and others. Additionally, the construction, assembly and start-up of this equipment and the sale to entities that are authorized for its use.
K.To use, supply and sell tools, work tools, cutting equipment, installation and other implements necessary for construction work, grooving, conditioning of infrastructures, motorized, automatic and semi-automatic hand tools, measuring equipment, electrical equipment, metric and luminosity equipment, ladders and supports to access high surfaces, pumps and electric drives for water supply, personal means, security and protection, etc.
L. Other legal business activities necessary to achieve the enterprise purpose will be carried out.
