In this first stage, two 6 kW inverters were installed with 12 panels of 540Wp each, and a 99.8 kWh battery bank. This system is designed to generate 20.08 MWh per year, which means a fuel saving of 5.32 tons/year and a decrease in CO2 delivery to the atmosphere of 12.30 tons/year.
As an additional result, the system guarantees the uninterrupted work of the computer node and other vital areas of the institution.
This installation is part of a joint project of the Office of the Historian with RENOVA S.U.R.L and plans to install other similar systems with a view to changing the energy matrix of the office.
